Minimum Education: Culinary Arts degree or equivalent, with 2 years supervisory experience. Successful candidate will be required to successfully complete ServSafe Manager's certification. Working Conditions: Considerable time walking, sitting, standing, lifting, bending and kneeling. Work schedule could include up to 50 - 55 hours per week or more as business demands including nights and weekends. Regularly scheduled Monday thru Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Must be willing to work evening and weekend hours. Time pressures commensurate with event demands. This position is designated as essential personnel.
